The Little Book of Secrets (2023)
THE PROBLEM:
  • A plethora of high-value content existed. Engagement rates were low, and sentiment reports indicated the key audience (students) did not know what resources were available to them
  • High-value content was static, not dynamic which likely contributed to poor sentiment reporting
  • Audience pain points to address: lack of time in the lead-up to exams, often already feeling stressed and overwhelmed
THE GOAL:
  • To repurpose existing content with dynamic design tailored to the audience's pain points
  • Success was determined by;
    • Improved content engagement rates and sentiment reporting as well as increased positive feedback from students in online community groups
    • Increased revenue (exam bookings) and membership progression (exam pass rates)
THE PROCESS:
  • In tight timeframes, I was responsible for project management of this content and ensuring it moved forward. Key milestones included:
    • Liaising with SMEs to match value-add content with audience pain points
    • Collaborating with designers to establish the content outline, design, and user experience
    • Establishing KPIs and identifying touchpoints for data analysis and performance evaluation
THE OUTCOME:
  • The Little Book of Secrets increased page view averages by 120% in Q3 and Q4 of 2023
  • Exam booking rates increased by 20%
  • In 2024, The Little Book of Secrets was named PQ Magazine Study Resource of the Year
