The Little Book of Secrets (2023)
THE PROBLEM:
-
A plethora of high-value content existed. Engagement rates were low, and sentiment reports indicated the key audience (students) did not know what resources were available to them
-
High-value content was static, not dynamic which likely contributed to poor sentiment reporting
-
Audience pain points to address: lack of time in the lead-up to exams, often already feeling stressed and overwhelmed
THE GOAL:
-
To repurpose existing content with dynamic design tailored to the audience's pain points
-
Success was determined by;
-
Improved content engagement rates and sentiment reporting as well as increased positive feedback from students in online community groups
-
Increased revenue (exam bookings) and membership progression (exam pass rates)
-
